Are there any community events or activities organized?It is important to us to offer regular events and activities to our residents to encourage community living and sharing. For this, we offer every week: - a potluck (shared dinner) - a Moroccan dinner or brunch - Yoga classes on our terrace On demand, we also offer: - surfing lessons - cooking classes - Darija courses (Moroccan arabic) - trips to Paradise Valley and to Imessouane Occasionally, we organize ping-pong tournaments, art workshops, clothes swap. We also run a WhatsApp group which brings together all our residents.

What kind of people stay/work here?We have digital nomad clients from all over the world, many of whom are surfers. The professions vary including developers, web designers, salespeople, freelancers in marketing and communications, project managers, video makers, etc. In addition to those working remotely, we also welcome students who are studying remotely or writing their thesis. The average age is around 27 years old but in general we welcome guests from 20 years old up to 45 years old.

How is the community culture?Our customer community is mainly made up of digital nomads who travel alone but also sometimes couples or friends. In general, our clients are very open-minded, inspiring and willing to meet and exchange with others, both on professional and personal topics. Our guests will usually surf together, watch the sunset together, go out to Taghazout to dance, go to the skate park or even cook together. After a few days with us, you will feel part of the Kasbari tribe and will be adopted by a new family. Evenings in the “nest” (the cozy space on our terrace) will allow you to spend unforgettable evenings playing, laughing and sharing. Where is the space located?We are located in the village of Tamraght, in the south of Morocco. 10 minutes by car from the village of Taghazout and 20 minutes from the city of Agadir (1 hour from the airport). Tamraght is a traditional Moroccan village in which the local culture mixes with that of surfing. Kasbari enjoys a central location in the village, close to grocery stores, the weekly market, numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and pharmacies.

What are the transportation options?In Morocco, travel between villages is done by shared taxis or buses. You can also opt for a private taxi. In the village and to the surf spots, you can get around on foot. It is also possible to rent a bike (electric or not), a scooter or a car (the best deals are from the airport rental companies).

What are the house rules?General: - Quiet time is between 10:00pm and 09:am (it’s not allowed to cook, take a shower or play music during this time) - The laundromat roof close at 10:00pm, you can stay on the upper terrace after this time - It’s forbidden to play ping-ping after 9pm - Check-out is at 11am but it’s allowed to stay in the house if needed - We only accept cash payments - We are not responsible for any theft or loss of personal belongings, please use the lockers if needed - It’s forbidden to smoke inside, please use the outdoor space - No outside visitors are allowed Bathrooms: - Use the bags if you have any special wastes as hygienic protection - Leave the place as clean as possible Kitchens: - After each use, please clean the dishes and working surface - Please leave the place where you eat clean as well - It’s forbidden to eat inside the rooms - Please label your food with your name, all the unmarked/expired food will be thrown away Laundromat: - You are not allowed to use the washing machine yourself, after adding your laundry inside the machine, our team will add the washing product and turn it on - Thanks to pay in advance - Please use the hair horse in the coliving to dry your laundry, the line in the laundromat area is for the sheets only - Please don’t take the sheets or towels outside Surf equipment: - If you need to clean your wetsuit, use the garden and ask our team if needed - Store your board in the garden

What is the minimum and maximum length of stay?The minimum duration to stay in our coliving is 2 nights and there is no maximum duration. Some of our clients have lived with us for 6 months (the longest was 9 months). On average our clients stay between 1 and 3 months. In Morocco, it is possible to stay in the territory for 90 days with a tourist visa. If you want to stay longer, you can do a "visa run", leave the country and come back.

What types of rooms are available?Our coliving has a total of 9 rooms: - 4 classic private rooms with a double bed, - 1 classic private room with 2 single beds, - 2 premium private rooms located in our garden, - 1 dormitory with 3 beds - 1 dormitory with 4 beds (2 bunk beds) The coliving has a total of 5 bathrooms and 3 shared kitchens (cleaned every day).

Are utilities and the coworking included in the price?Access to all equipment, the coworking space and the meeting room are included in the price. Only the laundry needs to be paid extra.

What is the check-in and check-out time?Arrivals are possible from 4 p.m. and departures are at 12 p.m. maximum. It is possible to leave your suitcases on site if necessary.

Can couples or families stay in the coliving space?As required by law in Morocco, we cannot accept unmarried couples. Children are not allowed as this is a workplace.

What are the coworking space hours?Our coworking is open to external customers from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day except Sunday (depend to availability).

Do I need to reserve a desk or meeting room in advance?It is not possible to reserve a place in the coworking. If you are an external customer, we invite you to come on site and see with our team if there is space available. However, it is possible to reserve the meeting room online in advance.

Are we equipped with a printer and scanner?Our coworking space does not have a printer and scanner but the electronic store at the foot of Kasbari offers this service.
